CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC MEETING

Commission President Jerry Oliver called a special rail workshop of the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners to order at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2010, at the Port of Vancouver, USA, 3103 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver, Washington.

WORKSHOP

The special meeting was immediately recessed into a rail workshop session at 2:00 p.m. The following topics were discussed:

• Rail overview and review of project phases, including location, utility/purpose and current schedule
• Budget and financing options
• General communication

No action was taken by the commissioners. The workshop session ended at 3:20 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners, the September 13, 2010 special meeting and rail workshop was adjourned at 3:20 p.m. by Commission President Oliver.
