Budget Information

The Port of Vancouver has a transparent budgeting process. The following describes the public review and commission approval process:

• October 17-18, 2011 - Staff reviewed the budgets that each department proposed for 2012, and reviewed the projected revenues and expenses against the port's goals and objectives for the coming year.
• October 25, 2011 - Staff presented the preliminary 2011 budget to the Port Commission during its regular meeting, where the commission approved the first public review of the preliminary budget. That review was conducted during an open commission workshop involving staff immediately following the commission meeting.
• November 8, 2011 - Public hearing on draft budget followed by a commission decision on the final budget (view at CVTV.org)

Annual Report

Our annual financial report to the community, the Washington Secretary of State's office, the Fort Vancouver Regional Library system, and to any other interested parties. In an effort to be more environmentally-friendly and fiscally responsible, this report is now an electronic (PDF) document, and is not professionally printed any longer. Hard copies of the document may be printed by anyone who downloads it from this website or receives it by email at their own discretion.
